At Aya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Aya account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off the Parcel
Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
